Will it fit my controller?
Yes, it is precision-engineered to fit DualSense (PS5), DualSense Edge, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox Elite Series 2, and Nintendo Switch Pro controllers perfectly.
Can I charge the controller while it's on the stand?
Yes. The stand features a dedicated USB-C cut-out at the base, allowing you to connect a charging cable while the controller is securely docked.
How big is it really?
The dimensions are 120 × 85 × 95 mm. It is slightly smaller than the controller itself, designed to provide a stable, space-efficient footprint on your desk.
Is it fragile? Will it break if it falls?
It is printed in high-density PLA+ which is very durable for daily use. However, like any 3D printed or plastic item, a high fall onto a hard surface could cause structural damage.
Will the color fade in sunlight?
The material is UV-resistant, but prolonged direct exposure to intense sunlight can cause minor fading over time. More importantly, PLA+ can soften at temperatures above 50°C (122°F), so keep it away from heaters or closed hot cars.
How long until it arrives?
Every stand is made to order. Production takes 2–4 business days, then shipping takes an additional 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Can I customize the stand?
Yes! You can add a premium embossed 3D Gamertag to your stand for just $1.00 directly on the product page. Simply toggle the 'Premium Upgrade' and enter your handle.
Can I return it?
Yes. All stands can be returned within 30 days if unused and in their original packaging. Simply contact our support team and we will guide you through the return process.
Where does it ship from? Will I pay import duties?
We ship from our workshop in Belgium. Orders within the EU do not pay import duties. For international orders outside the EU, you are responsible for any local customs fees or taxes.
How is it packaged? Is it gift-ready?
Each stand is wrapped in protective eco-friendly packaging and shipped in a sturdy, clean cardboard box. It is secured to prevent movement during transit, making it ready to be gifted.
